2. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity associated with your account.

SurveyInsiders may offer authentication through email/password, Google Sign-In, and related login systems.

3. Paid Click Program

SurveyInsiders may offer paid email click opportunities and other earning programs.

• Users may be required to remain logged in before clicking reward links.
• All clicks are subject to fraud review and verification.
• Rewards are not guaranteed until validated by our systems.

SurveyInsiders reserves the right to reverse or deny rewards associated with suspicious, automated, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Referral Program

Referral rewards may require account verification and qualifying activity completion by referred users.

Fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or abuse of referral systems may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

5. CPA and Third-Party Offers

SurveyInsiders may display third-party promotional offers, CPA offers, surveys, and advertising opportunities.

SurveyInsiders is not responsible for advertiser decisions, third-party tracking failures, offer availability, or delayed rewards from third-party partners.

6. Payments and Payouts

Rewards and payout eligibility are subject to account review, fraud prevention systems, verification procedures, and minimum payout requirements.

SurveyInsiders reserves the right to delay, reverse, or deny payouts associated with violations of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating duplicate or fake accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Manipulating referral or reward systems
• Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems
• Providing false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including branding, graphics, logos, software, and design elements are the property of SurveyInsiders or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SurveyInsiders is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, earnings, offer availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveyInsiders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any disputes relating to SurveyInsiders or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination
